Tower Engineering provided mechanical/electrical engineering services for the renovation/addition of J.S. Wilson Middle School. This project was designed to a LEED Silver rating, although certification was not pursued.

Totaling $25 million, this 136,000 s.f. environmentally-friendly school includes such key green features as:

• On-site Wind Power
• Geothermal Heating & Cooling System
• Rainwater Harvesting
• Energy-efficient Lighting
• Solar Hot Water Heating

This project was completed in March 2008.
