Tower Engineering was founded in 1931 and since that time has been continually serving clients in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and New York. We are a multi-disciplined firm offering engineering services for the evaluation, design and construction administration of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, and Telecommunications Systems. We have specialists on staff for lighting design, network design, energy management, and building systems commissioning. Seven of our staff have earned LEED Accredited Professional Certification.

With twenty-six employees, including eleven registered professional engineers, Tower Engineering falls into the category of a medium-sized engineering firm. Unlike a small firm, our office can easily accommodate the rigorous design schedules of a major project without significant disruption.  Unlike a large firm, Tower Engineering stresses active principal involvement on all projects and does not require the involvement of “middle-level” employees whose responsibility is to convey information between the client and design engineers.

Through the years, Tower Engineering has built a reputation for quality service – not only in the expertise of our design, but also in our attentiveness to the client's needs. This service continues from the earliest design meetings through to the commissioning of the systems. We work with each client's operating personnel and the contractor to ensure that systems are installed in accordance with plans and specifications; that they operate properly in relationship with their subsystems; that they operate through a wide range of operating conditions as well as design conditions; and, that the operating and maintenance personnel have been properly trained.
